He is the founder of Tribune’s Education and New Media division, which he successfully led until its acquisition by
McGraw Hill.
Alan has extensive board experience, having served on 14 boards across public, private, venture-backed, and family-owned companies. A lifelong technologist and entrepreneur, Josh built his first computer at age 10 and mastered multiple programming languages by 16, launching a successful freelance career in software and web development.
